This Wednesday 13th May, we will begin a geophysical survey at Quarr Abbey. [weather permitting]
Over the coming weeks, we have an opportunity to investigate both the above- and below-ground remains of the 12th-century abbey, helping to improve our understanding of the location and function of buildings within the precinct.
We will meet at the front of the modern abbey church for a 10:00 start.
Reminder: Wear your Hi-Vis. (we have spare hi-vis available if required)
