Isle of Wight Neanderthals, Handaxes and Elephants: a talk on Wednesday 15th May, 7pm

Dr Paul Bingham will be exploring a Neanderthal handaxe which was recovered, besides an elephant tooth, at Pan Pit, Newport by Frederick Poole (a former curator of the museum).
