The work of the IWNHAS has received a mention in The Travel Section of The Guardian 24.08.19.
This was ahead of the annual ‘Under the Pier’ event led by Arc Consulting where iWatchWildlife and volunteers from The Society support the event by carrying out species recording and ID in this mini-marine bioblitz.
The event coincides with a very low tide which uncovers hidden wonders right at the very end of Ryde’s historic pier (both on it and under it).
The event takes place on Friday 30th August, 3:30pm – 6pm, Western Esplanade Ryde – all welcome!
