You will not be surprised to hear that some that some of the footpaths in Beech Copse are very muddy. Please wear appropriate footwear!

Assessment of the barrows on Mottistone Down. Meet at the Jubilee Carpark on Lynch Lane at the top of Strawberry Lane for a 10:00 am start. Further details are in the email.

NO FIELDWORK this week Having looked at the ground conditions today, it will not be practical to do any fieldwork tomorrow, Wednesday March 20th.  

Meet at at 10am at Mottistone Manor car park for fieldwalking. We will walk down Ridget Lane, which is very rough,  to get to the site.
